LIOR TALKS
Roots of Yoga, honouring India Lineage
Friday 24th July - 7.30pm
Join us for our 3rd Lior Talks as we open up the space for teachers with Indian heritage to share their knowledge on the roots of Yoga.
They will be offering education, discussion and guidance on how western students and teachers can practice and teach yoga with respect of Indian Lineage.
This is a must if you are student or teacher of Yoga.
Key speaker is Sanya Thandi, one of Lior’s Vinyasa teachers. To practice with Sanya head to her class at Lior Monday and Tuesdays at 7.30pm and Lior Yoga Teacher trainer Shruti Srivastava
Both teachers and speakers have wonderful insight on this topic having of course Indian heritage, but also having studied both in the West and in India, providing a broad understanding on the topic of ‘bridging the gap’.
