Lior Kids Yoga

Two new classes starting 17th + 20th of March

This engaging yoga class invites children to explore asana (movement), breathwork (pranayama), and mindfulness in an intentional yoga studio (shala). 


Classes are designed to challenge their bodies, focus their minds, and support emotional wellbeing in a fun, age-appropriate way.


Each session includes:


Asanas (yoga poses) to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination


Pranayama (breathwork) to build focus, calm, and self-regulation


Mindfulness and meditation for grounding and emotional awareness


Creative movement and playful sequences to keep classes fun and engaging


Through weekly practice, children build confidence, resilience, and a sense of community. This class encourages them to connect with themselves, while developing skills that will benefit them far beyond the yoga mat.


Yoga isn’t just stretching.

It’s confidence. Focus. Emotional strength.

First phase launch:


Tuesday 4pm - 7-11 year olds 


Friday 4.15pm - 4-7 year olds 


We look forward to introducing you to your child’s teacher properly, but as an intro she brings comprehensive yoga teaching qualifications and hands-on experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant so is able to create a calm, structured, and well-held class environment.

PREGNANCY YOGA

We have two fantastic Pregnancy Yoga classes at Lior. An evening class and a morning class, both essential to keeping you calm, strong, centred, informed, connected and intentional during pregnancy. These classes will support you to feel well in pregnancy, to prepare for birth and beyond
