Join our weekly athlete led run club

Runner and Athlete, Jakub Ters will lead you through breath-work (Tai Chi influenced) for running and warm ups to support you to RUN optimally every week. Starting and Finishing at Lior.

why run with lior?

Lior's run group isn't just a group run, it's a led run, meaning that you will be taught how to breath to support longevity. You will be taken through a set of stretches and exercises to give your body the best start to run. Jakub is trained in a practice called Chi Run, which blends Tai Chi with long distance running.
